Ellie's Holiday Story

Ellie’s Holiday On the 29 of September my pop went to South Africa to watch the rugby and on the 7 of October my cousin Kayla came for a sleepover for one night. Then in the morning when me, Kayla and Kyle got up we got in the car with mum and we drove to the airport to pick up our pop because he was coming back from South Africa. Me, my brother Kyle and my mum and dad were staying at my pop’s house for about 30 days because a part of our kitchen is getting destroyed and our whole lounge is getting destroyed. A few days ago our sheep Izzy had a baby lamb, Kyle named it Milly. Every day we go to see the little horse Rum, that is at Pops farm. This morning we fed Milly. Pop has a flying fox, a trampoline and a swing, and a big paddock that we take the dogs for walks in. The End.

    I enjoyed your writing and hearing about staying at Pops. I am envious of your pet sheep and lamb. I love lambs - actually I really like all animals. Well done for adding a post in the holidays.

    Your writing tells me that your Pop is very special Ellie. He obviously thinks you are too having you to stay at his house. Rooms at your house getting 'destroyed' sounds very drastic. I hope they will be renovated afterwards!
